This is a simulation for emergency response during an overseas outdoor adventure learning trip in Malaysia involving teachers, students, and local rangers. A serious incident took place during a hike up a mountain, and the trip leader is required to make sound and immediate decisions to secure student safety, and prevent the situation from escalating.

You are a trip leader for an overseas hiking trip in Malaysia. With you are 2 other teachers (1 male and 1 female), 20 Secondary 2 students, 2 local rangers (1 make and 1 female) equipped with personal walkie talkies, and a hiking guide (male) from Singapore. 2 hours into the hike, 2 students fell at the same time due to slippery terrain, with 1 of them spraining his ankle, while the other hitting her head against a boulder. As she slowly sat up, she asked you, "Who are you and why am I here?".
